Every accessible toilet facility has to have a toilet grab rails alongside the toilet to help with wheel chair transfer on and off the toilet. The toilet rails get fitted in accordance to the BCA to ensure standardisation of public washrooms through out Australia. Most washroom grab rails have a brushed finish which is easy to maintain.
