In these terms and conditions:
a. The “Buyer” is the entity purchasing the goods from the seller upon these terms and conditions.
b. The “Seller” is Axess Trading Pty Ltd.
It is recommended that all installations be carried out by a suitably qualified installer. Reference should be made to the Australian Standards for all installations.
Professional advice should be sought on any fasteners used, as Axess Trading Pty Ltd does not provide any guarantee on fasteners supplied with any of our products.
Axess Trading Pty Ltd does not accept any liability on products incorrectly installed.
All Drawings in this catalogue are for illustration purposes only and are not to scale. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing any product.
Refunds and returns:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by email of the reason for the return. We will be happy to assist you with your concern and arrange a full credit, according to the following:
Our Refunds and Returns Policy:
This policy applies where you wish to return items because they are no longer required, it does not affect your statutory or contractual rights relating to faulty or defective products.
a. Goods may only be returned with sellers’ approval. All claims must include date and original invoice number.
b. Goods returned for credit must be in their original condition.
c. If the Items were ordered in error, a request for credit must be received within 14 days from date of receipt.
d. Restocking fees apply if the items are returned after 14 days from date of receipt.
e. Disabled grab-rails, shower curtains and tracks or rails will not be accepted for return.
f. No credit will be issued for shipping and handling costs. Any costs incurred by the seller, will be recovered.
g. Goods specifically manufactured to the Buyers requirements will not be accepted for credit.
h. Goods incorrectly supplied or faulty will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.
i. A request for credit form must be filled out prior to any goods being returned to our warehouse. The return postage will need to be paid by the customer.
j. Goods returned to our warehouse will not automatically constitute a credit as all items need to be fully inspected prior to any refund being provided.
k. Products must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item to be able to obtain a full credit.
l. When returning, please include a copy of the invoice and a copy of the request for credit form.
m. All items must be in their original unused condition. This includes all tags and packaging. If returned this way, a refund will then be issued for the original purchase price less postage.
n. No goods will be accepted back for credit after 60 days from date of invoice.
o. All returns are to be sent to our warehouse in Ferntree Gully.
p. If for the unlikely event should your item be out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours & a full refund will be provided and or an alternative product can be arranged upon your acceptance.
Please note, a refund will not be available under the following conditions:
a. If the items were on sale or were clearance items.
b. Any item that has been used, damaged or altered in any way will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
