Shower Diverter
A shower diverter is used when a wall mounted shower rose is used in conjunction with a hand shower and hose. The diverter has a lever for easy selection. Diverters are an easy way to add a hand shower system to an existing wall shower. The diverter is positioned between your existing showerhead and the wall outlet. Following that, the shower hose is attached to the threaded male outlet on the diverter. That is all there is to it. An additional wall bracket has to be installed to cradle the hand shower.
